DrSuper.Com (the
"Website") is an online designer, developer, publisher, marketer and
supporter of interactive learning solutions for K through 8 education
provided by Dr. Super, Inc. (together with its affiliates, "DrSuper").
Your access and use of the Website and DrSuper's software products made
available via the Website (the "Products") is subject to your compliance
with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please examine this
document carefully before accessing or using the Website and the Products.
By accessing or using the Website and the Products, you agree to be
legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. You may not
